Biography:

Gardner will be the most heavily recruited quarterback in the country this year. The reason is that he is a larger version of Russell Shepard and he has a better arm than Shepard.

As a junior, Gardner was sensational as he completed 98 of 170 pases for 1,886 yards and 26 touchdown passes.

As a mobile quarterback, he was even more impressive as he ran 115 times for 1,401 yards and 22 more touchdowns, while averaging 12 yards per carry on every rush.

On his highlight film, he is incredible in getting away from a rush and turning the play into a long run.
