Marcus Lattimore (6-0, 218, 4.4) of Duncan Byrnes, South Carolina may not be the #1 player in the country, but if he is not the #1 player, then he is certainly in the Top Five. He led his team to another State Championship by rushing for around 300 yards in the State Championship Game. He finished with 2,303 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns.

He is also a Super Combine Freak and has recorded personal bests of 38 inch vertical jump; a 4.2 in the pro-shuttle; a 122 inch standing broad jump; and he has done 24 reps of 185 on the bench press.

Lattimore already may have the most scholarship offers of any player in the country. He also has a half dozen tammates that will also be heavily recruited. He has scholarship offers from over 40 schools including Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, NC State, Kansas, Kentucky, LSU, Michigan, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Duke, Rutgers, Nebraska, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Oregon, Penn State, and Rutgers.
