Luc is the most dominating and most physical linebacker that I have seen play this year. He is already the Proto-Type Middle Linebacker for an NFL commercial. He has not been to a Super Combine, but I can tell you that he would be one of the most impressive physical specimens at the Combine. He runs around a 4.6 in the forty and he could probably lift a small car.

For this reason, I probably have him rated as the #1 middle linebacker in the country.
