Biography:

Baxter is an outstanding running back who rushed for 1,258 yards as a junior. He had a great showing at the U.S. Army Combine and he was invited to play in their 1210 All-American Bowl Game. Baxter will play quarterback for his high school team as a senior, but he will play either a slot back receiver or a running back that catches the football coming out of the backfield or maybe even a wide receiver.

This kid can really become a Special player for Southern Cal. In drills at the Southern Cal Camp, he was by far the best running back coming out of the backfield. He is a very Special talent that Coach Pete Carroll wanted and he wanted him quick.

I really like this kid and his vast potential. He will play in the 2010 U.S. Army All-American Game on January 9, 2010.
