Scroggins was sensational at the recent 7on7 in California that was held and sponsored by Scout.com and Badger Sports. He was voted MVP of the pasing tournament over other highly recruited athletes.

On his highlight film from his junior season and from the tournament, he demonstrates a very strong and accurate arm.

He is also a great leader. For all of these reasons, I have invited him to participate in the 2010 All-American Bowl Game Classic.
