Riggs is a little freak cover cornerback who may be the best cover cornerback in the country. Can you imagine getting 25 pass deflections and eight interceptions in the same season by the same player.

What this means is that he was tested for the entire season and continued to be around the football when the opposing quarterback threw the football to the wide receiver. On his highlight film, most of the time, he lines head-up with the #1 receiver and plays "bump and run" until the football is thrown.

He does lack a little in size, but he has tremendous quickness and leaping ability and he is rarely beaten. It will be touigh getting him out of Florida, but Ohio State and Notrte Dame are trying.
