Josh Shaw (6-1, 190, 4.46, 36 VJ, 4.2 SH) of Palmdale, California a fabulous defensive back prospect who has been very impressive in two Camps on the West Coast and he might be one of the hottest defensive back prospects in the country right now.

 

It is also very clear that he can play either cornerback or free safety and he proved it at the Southern California Super Football Camp. He is a great physical specimen and he is also very versatile in that he plays quarterback for his Palmdale 7on7 team.

 

As July came, Shaw has said that he will take all of his five visits and he has already schedule his official visit with Notre Dame for October 17 with their home game against Southern Cal which is another team that he will visit.

 

Shaw, who had four interceptions as a junior, and has over 20 offers, has narrowed his final five to Southern Cal, Notre Dame, Washington, Ohio State, and Oklahoma. Southern Cal, Ohio State, and Oklahoma have won recent National Championships, while Notre Dame has won many and is trying to get back to the throne room.
