Biography:
Michael Pearson (6-3, 308, 5.2) of Washington Ballou, DC is an outstanding offensive guard and a Super Combine Freak. At the New Jersey Bigtime Football Showcase, he was selected as the Offensive Lineman Camp MVP as he demonstrated time and time again, a tremendous effort and a dominating style of blocking offensive lineman.

He also participated in the Rivals.com Five Star Showdown in Severn, Maryland and he also dominated in that Camp also, as he was selected to the Hot 11 Team in that Camp.

Although Pearson received an MVP Award in at least two Super Camps, he still has been "Flying Under the Recruiting Radar" for the entire spring and summer recruiting season and I just don't get it as to the reason why.

Pearson has great feet, great quickness, great strength, and great flexibility. In the New Jersey Bigtime Football Showcase, he participated in the classic offensive and defensive line battle at the end of the camp natchup against Chris Woods and both players were spectatular until the end. Both players received MVP Awards.

As a junior, on his highlight film, Pearson plays left offensive guard and he pulls and traps on almost every play. When he does block straight ahead, he simply dominates and on many plays, he records a pancake block.

Pearson is very, very physical player and most coaches would consider him to be a "Mauler" as a blocker. I have been so impressed with Pearson, I want him to play in my All-American Game, so I have invited him to play in the 2010 All-American Bowl Game Classic, and he has accepted.

Pearson went to the Pittsburgh Football Camp on July 17th and the Maryland Football Camp on July 19th, but neither school offered him. He says that his favorite schools are Rutgers, Virginia, and Pittsburgh. At the summer ends and the high school football season starts, Pearson still did not have a single offer, but I am very confident that he will be firmly committed to a BCS school when he reports for the first All-American Bowl Game practice.
